A Lie at the Highest Levels of the US Government

Lies and Deceptions by the US Judiciary

Do you believe that the US Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals are incorrect? The US Courts say that God, church, religious citizens, and spiritual citizens are second-class without the right to tell the government what they believe should be done?
Do you believe that God should not be removed from schools, government agencies, armed forces, congress, state houses, public lands, court houses, front yards, ball games, and anything else that the ungodly decide?
Do you believe that the US Courts are incorrect in demanding that we not bring our God to school and to the work place?
Do you believe that prayer, the pledge, nativity scenes, bible class, The Ten Commandments, etc. are a matter of public opinion wherein the majority rules.
Do you believe that the US Courts have usurped our God given and Constitutional rights to exercise our beliefs in God?
Do you believc that the US Courts have usurped our freedom of speech with regard to religion?
Do you believe that the US Government should never start a government sponsored, state religion?

If you believe these, you are constitutionally correct without even having a law degree. You believe these without being a judge. You believe these without being a supreme court justice. You believe these without any external knowledge. You believe these because they represent common sense and simple, God-given rights.

Do you believe that the money taken from us by the US Government can be used to control us by claiming that it is the US Government's money and not ours? That is, the US Government claims that where ever they spend our money is really a US Government action and anything that the US Government cannot do also cannot be done by anyone receiving their money back. (Shall we stop the US Goverment from doing so much and return the power to the states so that life can be more normal and healthy?)

Article 1 of the Constitution of the United States of America addresses these issues. Or, more precisely, tells the goverment to stay out of these issues because they are rights of the citizens!

Let's examine this very short and clear article about which we have been lied to.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,

or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press;

or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,

.

and to petition the Government for a redress of greivances.

This portion of the law prohibits the US Government from forming a state-controlled religion.

Only citizens have a right to establish religion.

Clearly the US Government is violating this portion of the law. We all know that we can not freely exercise our religious beliefs even though they are held by the majority of our citizens. Criticizing the US Government based on our religious beliefs brings attacks from the US Government by:

The IRS with regard to non-profit status. A large church in New England experienced this attack.
The IRS will audit your tax returns endlessly.
The US Postal Service will "Misplace" your mail. Pastor John Hagee experienced this attack. In his case, I believe that his mail was declared unacceptable on some invalid basis to harrass him about his political statements.
The judicial system entertaining invalid suits and ruling favorably upon them against religious citizens.
The judicial system prohibiting prayer, The Ten Commandments, pictures, classes, displays, etc.
The Interstate Commerce laws are used to discipline those with whom the US Government is displeased. Do you buy salt that comes from another state? This was a lever in civil rights issues. It probably has also been used in religious issues. Please email cases of this. Thanks.
The US Government takes our money and then gives it back only if we do what the US Government agencies want done regarding religious activities.

Preaching in the streets is illegal in Chicago. Praying is illegal in many situations. I know that there must be an extra-ordinarily large number of examples wherein the US Government is violating this law. Please email examples to me. Thanks.

In the context of Article One, this means that citizens have the right to have religious meetings without regard to location.

In the context of Article One, this means that citizens have the right to petition the US Government to stop breaking the above laws regarding discrimination based on religion.

You will notice that all of the religious rights are due to the citizens. The US Goverment has no rights, only obligations to allow freedom of religious expression, religious speech, religious assembly, and religious-based grievances against the US Government. These are the rights of the religious.

Why all of these rights for the religious?

Because denial of religious freedom was one reason that people came to the "New World." Discrimination, burning at the stake, imprisonment, etc. were experienced by the people of the 1400, 1500, 1600 and 1700 hundreds.

Our founding fathers did not want the US Government ever to meddle in the lives of people in the way that they had experienced in the European countries. That is why Article One came to be.

Anti-God elements within our country have worked for nearly 150 years to remove God's influence in our country. They have twisted Article One around and upside-down. They have proven that if you tell a lie long enough; the people will believe that it is true.

We must strenuously petition our government to maintain the spirit of the Constitution, the intent of the Constitution, and the meaning of the Constitution. Only with meaningful adherence to the Constitution will we maintain life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
