Part 1
The Miracle
Welcome to my discovery about finding God, coming to God, and having God move in your life. Only after I was 50 years old did I find a way to God.
God has moved in the lives of other people as recorded in history. Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob heard from God and trusted and obeyed. Moses was the most amazing story of all.

The Angel of the Lord called to Moses from the burning bush to bring the Hebrews out of slavery and to take them to the promised land. Moses responded by pointing out that the Hebrews in Egypt, the elders and the people, would not believe such a story. God said that they would believe Moses because God would be with him and would give him three miracles to perform: Moses' staff would become a snake when thrown onto the ground. Grabbing it by the tail would make it become a staff again. Then, his hand would become

leprous when put inside his cloak and then drawn out. Doing it again, his hand would be healed.
The third miracle would be to take a bucket of water from the Nile River. The water would become blood when poured onto the ground.
God was right; the elders of Israel believed. The elders then accompanied Moses to present to Pharaoh, the King of Egypt, their request to go three days into the desert to sacrifice to their God.
