three dimensions. Compared to the one-dimensional universe, the 3-D universe is infinitely larger.
Start now with a line universe which is 2-D. Adding 2 additional dimensions provides for a 4-D universe which is where we live. And it is self-evident that our universe is infinitely larger than an infinitely long line.
The lesson of that morning ended.
Two mornings later in prayer, I raised the question of what was the point of the first lesson? God combined the new lesson with the previous lesson and the information about earth and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
heaven. Here is the point! to our universe, add 2 or more dimensions to get first heaven. First heaven is infinitely larger than our universe. To first heaven, add 2 or more dimensions to get second heaven. Second heaven is infinitely larger than first heaven. To second heaven, add 3 or more dimensions to get third heaven. Third heaven is infinitely larger than second heaven. To my simple mind, our universe is infinitely large. Therefore, using some type of mathematics, it would seem that God is at least infinity to the 4th power.
As a Phd engineer, I had received an answer to my prayer to have more respect, awe and reverence for God.
It was a humbling experience to contemplate our universe being smaller than a grain of sand in God's universe. Our universe must be trivial for God to interact with. Consider what Isaiah 55:8-9 says: "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are My ways your ways," says the Lord. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts." Evidently, God's ways are infinitely higher than our ways and God's thoughts are infinitely higher than our thoughts.
God loves us because He created us. He made this universe. We are His special property. (NEXT PAGE)
